Vivid™ brand policy
Updated 5 September 2026
Vivid™ and the interlocking-ribbon logo are trademarks claimed by blurbery. This includes the silver mark, app icons and animated logo.
Forks need their own identity
No fork or other project may use the Vivid name or logo as its branding without blurbery’s prior, explicit written consent. This applies to free and commercial projects, repositories, websites, promotional artwork and app-store listings. Choose your own name and replace Vivid’s brand artwork before presenting or distributing a separate project.
Open source and branding
The source-code licence does not grant permission to use Vivid’s trademarks. Forking the repository or contributing to the app does not grant brand permission. Source-code permissions and required legal notices remain unchanged.
Talking about Vivid
Accurate references, reviews, tutorials and compatibility statements are welcome. Do not present another project as Vivid or imply an official relationship or endorsement.
Ask for permission
Contact admin@vividapp.co. Permission must come from blurbery in writing and applies only to the approved use.
The ™ symbol gives notice of a trademark claim; it does not indicate registration.
